Why we are different?

You might be wary of dealing with consultants for a few reasons? Often you can pay a fortune to large corporate consultancies that send you a graduate with very little experience. Or you may get someone who is more experienced but has very little in common with you because their experience has been with multi-national companies. This is where we can help. We are not a multi national firm of accountants or twenty-something graduates. We are a small group of consultants who have hands-on, up-to-date experience of running companies across various sectors in the North West and of successfully achieving our business goals. Our consultants are high achieving individuals who have built their reputations on making a difference. Furthermore, we are willing to put the hours in to help you.

Our team

All members of our team have held senior positions in businesses across the UK covering sales, marketing, event management, outsourcing, PR, customer service, market research and IT. We've worked for both blue chip multi-national companies and small local businesses. We've set up our own businesses and we've helped others set up their's too. Between us we have recruited, trained and managed telemarketing teams, field sales teams, customer service teams and marketing teams. We have successfully set up twenty four hour call centres and relocated them across the UK.

We have all studied to at least degree level although more importantly we have practical, hands-on experience of running and helping businesses.  We try to make a difference by listening to our customers, understanding their business and their goals and then helping them put it into practice.

Our style

We have an approachable and down-to-earth style resulting in us being comfortable and well received at any level within an organisation, whether it’s a new start-up business or a larger corporation. We do not think or claim that we know everything about every business and every industry! What we will always try to do however, is to apply our knowledge and experience to your unique situation and to offer you advice. Often our customers already know what they want to achieve but you they just need someone to help them get started or someone to actually implement the plans for them.

Our flexibility

We are available for short or long term projects. You can use us for one off projects, for ongoing support or however you wish. Our aim is to work to your requirements, therefore if you need us to come in for a day, a week, a month, once a month etc we’ll be able to help.
