Q. My business is unique - why will you be able to help me?
A. People often find it very useful having an impartial observer to help them spot the opportunities in their business / industry. We often deal with people who have very little time to assess their business or they've been doing things the same way for a long time. We can often apply ideas and principles from different industries to help. Finally, it's worth saying that we're not looking to change people's businesses, merely to help in certain areas.
Q. Will this cost me a lot of money?
A. We charge competitive rates and will only pay you if we deliver agreed results. If it's for particular work such as helping with your website, writing documents or market research we'll charge you an agreed daily rate.
Q. How long will it take you to get me results?
A. We work quickly and effectively. Depending on the project results whoudl start to happen within a few weeks.
Q. What references can you provide?
A. We can give you lots of references and you're welcome to contact them if you need any reassurance.
Q. Do you only work with larger businesses?
A. No, we actually do a lot of work with new start-ups and smaller busines?
Q. My business doesn't need dramatically changing, why would I need to use a consultant?
A. Often the buinesses we work with are already in a great position but just need a few tweaks here and there. After all, we never stop learning and we should always be looking for new ways to grow. We have a consultative, respectful approach meaning we'll not be charging in to your business offering patronising advice!!

Q. How long do you typically work with clients?
A. We are completely flexible in terms of how long we work with you. You may only need us for a few days here and there or even a few hours! A lot of the work we can do for you can be done away from your business in our own time so we can work to your deadlines.
